International Shipping

All international orders may be subject to customs and duty fees upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are paid be the buyer of UrBema product and are paid to local carrier or government and are not collected by.  These fees are not refundable up a refused package. For more information,

All prices are subject to various shipping rates, based on then quantity, size and weight of your shipment. In some cases, you can elect to find your own logistics company and handle the shipping impendent of UrBema standard shipping. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Normally, it takes 1 – 2 business to process your order. If the item is in stock at out factory warehouse, then we ship out on the third day. For larger bulk orders or custom orders, we will need to process (produce your order). Hence, you will receive and estimated shipping date with the lead time it will take to produce your order. Shipping will vary in these situations depending on the availability of raw materials (hair) and our back log of orders.

USA State Sales Taxes:

UrBema LLC will charge state sales tax only on order originating out of Georgia based on the location or county billing address of the buyer. These collected taxes are required by local state governments.

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at sales@urbema.com.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due incorrect address, if you'd like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for upgraded shipping fees)

ADDITIONAL INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION:

International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all  import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries as listed above. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.
